About Breast Friends... Breast Friends is an Atlanta-based breast cancer support network that provides individual emotional support, practical assistance, and information and resources for breast cancer patients, their families and friends. Our program is staffed by breast cancer survivors, private citizens, and professionals in the community who have a special interest in breast cancer.

Founded in 1998 by two-time survivor, Lyn Wasserman, Breast Friends offers services and support to breast cancer patients in the Metro-Atlanta area by providing transportation to treatment, and outreach through events and gifts. We act as a national, and even international, resource for immediate support via our 24-hour toll-free hotline, website and e-mail. For more information on our services or to see how you can volunteer, please visit our website or call our offices.
